How can I contact Verso?



 How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days for processing of your order. Then after this: additional 10-24 business days for delivery. In rare cases it will take not more then 30 days.


Do I get a tracking number after I order?

Yes! All orders include tracking numbers. It will automatically be sent to your email you have provided us with and you will suppose to get it not more then 3 days after placing and order. Please follow our above question to see when they will be actually shipped out. 


Will you email me when my order is shipped out?

Sure. you will get a confirmation email when you have placed your order, and another email when your order is on it's way!


How can I pay?

I ordered more than 1 item, why did I receive 1?

When you order multiple items at a time some may be shipped separately from one of our multiple warehouses. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once… they will eventually get to you!


Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes. you have 30 minutes to cancel your order once it has been placed. All orders are handmade once you placed your order it is unlikely for us to cancel/change an order. However in some cases, we can. So please make sure you spend some time browsing and order the correct items that you want! Just email us and we will be sure to help you out.

Note: When you send us an email regarding the topic mentioned above ''(Can I cancel or change my order?)'' just write in the subject ''Canceling/Cancle an/my order'' and provide us your tracking or order number you have. Then it will be on top priority for us to do everything quicker for helping you with this.


Can I refund or exchange my order?

Refunds are only permissible if the product is defective on arrival. You have 24 hours from the time you receive the package to file for a refund due to damaged merchandise. Please notice that we also need you to provide to us with a picture of the damaged product, any details that can help us find your order as quick as possible, name, email, order number, etc.
